Pouilly Fumé ~Les Pentes~ 2020
This Sauvignon Blanc comes from a parcel of 55 year old vines and is entirely hand-harvested. The woman winemaker, Valerie Dagueneau, comes from a long line of famous vintners in the Loire Valley. She is using organic and innovative techniques that make this Pouilly-Fumé stand out among some of the best. "Les Pentes" is marked by a distinctly ripe-tasting, rich, mineral quality.
